Who We Are

A small company that answers for the work

RunNorth is an Alaska-owned, woman-owned logistics company based in Wasilla. We started this because the same thing keeps happening in the field: a crew standing around over a $40 fitting, an office waiting on one signature, a project manager calling a dispatch number and getting somebody who has nothing riding on the outcome.

We run it the way we would want it run for us. One point of contact takes the call, confirms what you actually need, and puts the price in writing before anything moves. Weather, road, access — whatever changes, you hear from us while there is still time to do something about it.

No mystery fees. No "we'll see." If a job is outside what we are equipped or licensed to handle, we will say so and point you toward someone who can do it.

Why RunNorth Exists

There's a hole in the middle and everybody knows it

Too small for the freight guys, too big for a favor

The big carriers move volume. They are not built for the one part that has your crew standing around. Sending your own guy costs you a shift and puts your insurance on the hook. We are the option in between.

Contractor speed, agency paperwork

Contractors want it now. Agencies want it documented, authorized, and invoiced clean. We do both on the same run. Neither side has to give anything up.

One name on it

The person who quotes your job is the person who answers for it. No ticket queue, no escalation, no stranger on the other end.

What you get on every job

Price in writing first

Scope, timing, rate, and anything that could add cost — all in writing before the truck moves. You never see a line on an invoice you didn't approve.

You hear from us while it's out

Confirmation at pickup, a status if it's a long one, and a call the minute weather, road, or site access changes the plan.

Proof it landed

Condition at pickup, who signed for it, when, and notes on anything unusual. Kept on file and sent to you if you want it.

A straight no when it's a no

We only haul what we are equipped and licensed to haul. If your job is not that, we will say so and tell you who to call instead.
