Government work can come with purchase orders, job numbers, site rules, receiving hours, invoice requirements, and a longer paper trail. We confirm those details before the truck moves. If a request comes in by phone, it is put in writing so everyone is working from the same instructions.

Assignment records	Pickup and delivery contacts, times, cargo description, proof of custody, and exception notes.
Invoice support	Contract or project reference, authorized charges, receipts, third-party costs, and required submission format.
Compliance boundary	No claim of certification, authority, clearance, or coverage beyond what has been verified and documented.

What requires other credentials
