Tell us what has to move, and when

Give us the pickup, delivery, cargo, and timing. We will check the whole job and send you a written price that says what is included and what could change it.

Applicable categories (select all that apply)

This tells us which rules and paperwork need to be checked before quoting.

Verification documents (required for government and municipal work)

Purchase order or task order, insurance requirements, vendor registration, site-access instructions, and invoice submission details.

Secure document intake launches with the client portal in January 2027. Listed files stay on your device — after you send the request, email them to info@runnorthlogistics.com.

This request routes to

Dedicated Capacity Desk [DEDICATED]

Reserved capacity, point-to-point runs, and scheduled recurring routes.

Routed by the "Dedicated deliveries" category you selected. Response target: 1–2 business days.

  • Weekly schedule and volume estimate
  • Service agreement review before the first run

See the dedicated capacity desk rate basis before you send.

Sending this form does not book the job. We will confirm the cargo, route, timing, insurance, and price with you first.

What to include

Contents, weight, dimensions, declared value, packaging, pickup and recipient contacts, required timing, proof-of-delivery method, and any custody or access requirement.

How pricing works

Mileage is only part of the job. The price also covers operator time, the vehicle, planning, updates, waiting, and delivery records. You see the full price before the truck moves.

Commercial accounts

Recurring routes and dedicated capacity are handled under a service agreement covering schedule, contacts, cancellation, billing, cargo limits, and rate review.

Before You Send

Cargo we cannot accept at launch
